Prior to submitting this form, please review your entry to ensure all of the information requested has been provided. You will need to submit the following:
- Speaker Disclosure for each Presenter
- Email address for each Presenter
- Bio for each Presenter
- Product Disclosure
- Abstract – Limit 150 words
- Learner Outcomes
Carefully read all instructions before completing and submitting this form. (Note: Failure to follow instructions may result in rejection of the proposal.) Questions can be directed to the EAA Office.

EAA’s policies for accepting papers:
The Conference Chair will be guided in the selection of submissions by quality, subject matter, timelines, content, popular demand, program balance, and broad-based membership participation. Presenters must present in the time period and format assigned. Proposals that are incomplete or do not follow the guidelines will be returned to the primary presenter for completion or correction. EAA does not accept late submissions. Please observe all deadlines.
All presenters are required to register and pay the appropriate Conference registration fee.
Handout Information:
EAA will post all presenter handouts to the website two weeks prior to the Conference.
- Handouts must be sent in an electronic format to the EAA Office.
- Omit unnecessary images and photos. Include only those relevant to the topic. If your presentation contains a large number of images resulting in a large file, we may find it necessary to convert your handouts to text only.
- Handouts are limited to 20 pages.
- Forward handouts to admin@edaud.org no later than June 15, 2021.
Student Research Award
EAA encourages students to use this opportunity to participate and share their current research during EAA’s biennial conference. Students should submit a poster proposal for the summer conference. All student-submitted posters will be considered for a $500 Student Research Award. This award will be presented at the final lunch/afternoon meeting of the EAA Conference to the student(s) judged to have a superior research presentation.
Requirements:
- Accepted proposal to the EAA Summer Conference.
- Attend the Educational Audiology Association Conference.
- Be enrolled at a university as an undergraduate or graduate student.
Each project must:
- Be approved by the university where the student is enrolled.
- Be relevant to the scope of Educational/Pediatric Audiology
- Be supervised by a faculty member.
If selected, information from your submission will be used in printed material provided at the Conference. Please keep this in mind as you complete the following information and be as accurate as possible.
