Certificate in Educational Audiology –

The Certificate Program in Educational Audiology is a partnership between the Educational Audiology Association (EAA) and the American Board of Audiology (ABA). It is an online self-study program for audiologists, that provides essential educationally relevant information for assessing and managing children and youth with auditory disorders in education settings.
The certificate (CH-EdAud) is awarded upon the completion of seven modules consisting of recorded lectures which can be completed at your pace within the 12 month period. The content of each course is derived from the Educational Audiology Handbook, 4th Edition. Module 1 must be completed first with the remaining modules completed in any order.

- Auditory Processing Deficits
- Hearing Instruments and Remote Microphone Technology
- Student Support and Family Partnership
- Service Delivery Considerations, Program Development & Evaluations, Future Directions
Registration for the certification will be available via ABA’s website starting in August.
